try wetting the edges with some water to use as a "glue" then use a toothpick to hold it closed until it dries. Or just send it in her lunch with the toothpick if she is old enough to handle the toothpick and taking it out.
My daughter loves "roll ups" - which basically consists of a soft taco sized tortilla with cheese, turkey and avacado...my problem is i cannot figure out how to get the torilla to stay rolled. I send it in her lunch and when she takes it out, it falls apart. I'm sure it's something simple, so i thought i'd throw this out there to see if you have any ideas! Thanks.

A little bit of fat free cream cheese on the tortilla just like the pin roll sandwiches...should help out!!
Spread some cream cheese over the tortilla.
turn the inside into a beach theme party. You can get some cheap stuff for making the theme. Use a pool inside if you wanted. Good Luck.
Wrap it in aluminum, then she can just peel it down as she eats the roll-up.
Warm the tortilla for 15-30 seconds before you roll it, this makes the tortilla more pliable and you can wrap tighter. Also roll the sides in towards the middle, then roll from the bottom up. Mash some of the avocado and use it as a "glue" for the end. :)
PS,
Now I want a "roll up" yummy!
Baja fresh usually roll their tortillas with aluminum foil. I tried at home and it work great. Keep the flavor inside too:0
Try putting a little of the guac. where the two halves of tortilla meet up as a sort of "glue." I hope that helps.
What about wrapping it in aluminun foil. or putting a twist tie ( like from bread or baggies) around it.
