I need recommendations for a medium-priced restaurant around the Addison/ Dallas Galleria area. No seafood, no Asian cuisine, please.

My husband and I like Houston's on Beltline in Addison. It's what we consider medium-priced. We may have just one drink and an appetizer including dinner we can usually get out of there for around $75 including tip. Trulucks is also good, but I consider that to be more of a medium-high priced.
Most of these are off of Beltline - Dodies (Cajun), On the Border (Tex Mex) Grand Lux at the Galleria, Kenny's Wood Fire Grill.
It sounds like you are a little picky so it's hard to figure out waht you like.
Simply Fondue or Melting Pot located on Beltline. Can be pricey but you could check it out.
Fogo de Chau can be very pricey but OH SO worth it.
Same goes for Del Frisco's, Lawry's, Ruth Chris, III Forks
