Any suggestions for reselling of a ton of kids clothes other than having a garage sale?

What can I do next?

Garage sales are a pain and a waste of a day, in my opinion. You could try selling them as a bundle on Craig's list or at a church/community yard sale, but in all honesty you'll get a better return if you donate to a reputable charity and get a receipt for your taxes!

My son and his wife recently bought a "bundle" of clothes in the 12 - 18 month size for their daughter from Craig's List. The seller had grouped all of her children's clothing into sizes, including shoes. They ended up with a few things they could not use, but for the most part they got some great stuff! I think they paid around $40.

Take them to a non profit organization, get a reciept and claim them on your taxes.

Ebay, craigslist, a second hand shop in your town.......

There is a kids resale shop called Once Upon a Child in Gilbert and Chandler and there is another resale shop in Gilbert on the south side of Baseline east of Val Vista (I think). I can't remember the name of it. I go to Once Upon a Child a lot. I sometimes even take the stuff the first store didn't want to the other store.

It is a ripoff for you to take them to the shops who buy and resale. You don't get any money for it at all.

We hate garage sales and re-sale shops.

I like to take daughter's clothes to the Women's Shelter or another shelter like that and know that the clothes are appreciated. Many of these women leave their home with only the clothes on their backs and same with their children. They need help.

Save the receipt and use it on your taxes. Worth more all the way around.

There's a website where you can exchange a box of your kids' clothes for a box in their current size for a nominal fee. I can't remember the site but you might be able to google it.
