Just 2 thoughts...a full sized crib? What about a pack n' play? And what about one of those $12 plastic booster seats that fit on a regular chair instead of a high chair?
Just thinkin' space wise...
My wife and I are taking our son,daughter-in-law and 20 mo. old grandchild for a short vacation in Florida in a few months. We have a place down there. We'll be flying into Fort Myers Airport. They will be needing a car seat, stroller, hight chair, and crib to use down there, which we can rent from a co. that rents this stuff. They will bring the furniture to the airport, and we can bring it back to the airport when we leave. So, the question is----which minivan will hold luggage for four people, and all this baby furntiture and safely put a car seat in the van? Has anyone out there ever done this? I would like to know.
Thanks
Thanks for the tips, everyone. We'll weigh the choices. I think the Town and Country and the Odyssey seem to win out.

Just wanted to add that when we have rented "baby gear" while on vacation, they usually bring it right to the house, condo, etc.....just a thought that might help. Have fun!
I have a grand caravan and have fit 2 adults and three kids (2 in boosters, one in rear facing) while transporting a 36" wide bathroom vanity (in the box), mirror, and
matching small wall cabinet.
Although probably any mini-van could do this.
Pick the prettiest one?
Oh, remember: no drop side cribs.
I'm with Emily on this one. Pack & Play and booster(instead of high chair). As far as vans go, I love the Honda Odyssey and wish I had one. They have a nice deep cargo area and the rear seats will fold down as well. Enjoy your vacation!!!
We have a Honda Oddsey and are very happy with it.
Any minivan will do that as long as it has a luggage rack to hold the luggage...but remember, it only has a 100 lbs weight capacity. It also depends on the style of furniture you're getting--is it the fold away kind or is it the big/bulky type. I'm not quite following why you have to rent this stuff. What's wrong with a pack & play? How old is the little one you're getting the high chair for? We just used the infant seat to feed with if we were on a vacation or left them sit in a regular chair while we fed them if they were out of the infant seats.
