There is a product called Goo-Gone and it works great for this kind of thing. I have found it at Wal-Mart and Kroger. HTH.

Use DeSolve It you can find it at Wal Mart. It works great and it won't harm the paint.

First, congrats on the new little girl. My children are grown (your age)bearring me five grandchildren. So, some experience with lots of life issues are at rest within me ! Use baby oil on a cotton ball (Hence ~ be sparing with the oil) being patient to lightly rub in a circular motion, you will notice the tape to begin "rolling up".
After the tape is all removed, use a clean cotton ball and plain water to remove the oily residue.
When all removed, use a bar of soap and lightly rub it on the spot where the tape was, it will preserve the finish on the wall. AMB

The only thing I can think of is to heat it up with a blow dryer and pull very slowly.
