My son colored the grout between the floor tiles with red crayon. Does anyone have a low-toxic way to get it clean?

What can I do next?

MR Clean magiC eraser. I know there are knock offs st the dollar store but they do not work. A 2 pack is less than 3 dollars at target so its not that more anyway. Have your son try to do it first and emphasize that its not fun to clean it out. Thats what I did with my daughter so she would stop coloring on non paper. Its really easy for an adult to do and not rally hard for a kid to do.

I'd try using baking soda or vinegar and a lot of elbow grease. if it comes down to using a cleaner, try Matsenbachers Graffiti remover found at some grocery stores and home depot, etc.

Hi C.,

Just be careful when using the Mr. Clean eraser. They have chemicals in them that can burn the skin. Use gloves and don't let your little ones touch them!

not sure if this will work...but try a hair dryer to heat up the crayon and rub with one of those "magic erasers".
