Not sure what you mean by tracking but I use LogMeIn for accessing my remote computer. I've used it for several years and it's been great. http://www.logmein.com I use the free version but you can pay a bit and be able to print locally, etc.
Has anyone had experience and/or used a remote access computer tracking software and could make a recommendation for one?

Most computer electronic stores sell monitoring and/or key logging software so you can monitor what someone, like your kids, is doing or typing on the computer. It's not remote access, though. Some of them will email the information to you, but otherwise it might be to complicated to monitor the computer from another computer, unless you're familiar with network security.
Like the other response, not sure what you mean by tracking. But if you need remote access to work on a computer, I use www.gotomypc.com to access my work computer from home.
I've used PCNow and GoToMyPC and liked GoToMyPC the best by far!
I know a few months ago both of those had free trials.
Good Luck!
