My husband owns a company with 3 other men & one of the partners is not pulling his weight & the other owners want to buy him out. Does anyone know of a good corporate lawyer who can help us?
The disgurtal partner is threating to sue & sabotage the business. It's going to get really ugly. There is a buy/sell agreement in place, but he is not wanting to accept the more than resonable buy out offer. Thanks in advance for any help!
