Red Spots on Face

If you were violently vomiting, the small red spots may be broken blood vessels called petechiae. However, you should still see a doctor. It could be anything from an allergy to the measles. I was always told, rash alone, not so bad. Feeling sick or fever alone, not so bad. Rash with sickness get to the doctor.

And don't assume its not measles or chicken pox - vaccines wear off and there have been outbreaks resently. Alsoif they are on one side of your body, could be shingles.

Stay home and call your dr. and ask to be seen. Have you been around anyone that has received the Measles or Mumps vaccine lately? When you get there, call them before you go in, so that they can limit your time around other patients. My dr. had a side entry that we went through.
