SuperPages.com can design a site for you, host and maintain with unlimited updates/changes for $50 per month. I don't normally solicit anyone online, but I think our company does a great job. Here is a link if to review some that have been completed.

I am using New Legend Media. Their website is www.newlegendmedia.com. We are currently in the process of redesigning my website www.unforgettableslideshows.com. I will let you know when it is complete. They will even be changing my montage samples from downloadable files to flash video. I am also on a tight budget and they are working with me. The woman who is actually doing the design work is a WAHM.

Try www.Web.com. I just used them to start my pet sitting business and it was easy and inexpensive. They provide the template for your wesite/designs and you just add what you want! I think packages start at like $9! Hope this helps!
I know THE BEST web designer/graphic designer. He's not the cheapest though. He's been doing this for many years and hires the best people to help him. He is a WAHD! He's also my husband, but I'm really not prejudiced. He's just an all around artsy guy and also very technical, unusual combination, but he's really the most artistically gifted person I've ever met!
