With my other children I worked in a small office and it was not very uncomfortable, know I work in a big office with allot off woman with who we share the bathroom with. How can I control it and minimize it please help me out with some advice on this thanks.

I had horrible HORRIBLE morning-day-night constant sickness with both of my girls. It was like the worst flu 24-7 so I feel terrible for you! The key was to listen to my body and if you can push past the nausea for a second it will sometimes tell you what it "craves" and when you eat that sometimes you get a break. With my first daughter it was green apples...the only thing I could stand. Also, this is bad, but when I was desperate for help I was searching for any ideas and I read that potato chips help. It did, unfortunately. Good luck! This too shall pass. (though you don't believe it now!)

I had HORRIBLE morning sickness (ALL day long) with my second daughter. My OBGYN recommended B6 and Unisom and it worked WONDERS. I don't know how I would have done anything without it now, looking back! Ask your OBGYN for the dosing! Good luck, I know it stinks!

I used vitamin B6 to alleviate the morning sickness. It worked pretty good. It was recommended by my OB. Call your OB and ask about it.

For me I found certain foods and smells triggered it so I steered clear best I could.. no OJ and the smell of the tar on the roads was THE WORST! I also started drinking ginger ale and it helped A LOT! If you don't want pop then maybe ginger tea would work. I liked the carbonation in it so I hope that helps!! I will never forget the day I went to a small restaurant one AM had OJ and ran to the bathroom only to find an entire walking group stopped there to use the bathroom.. .I was SOOO EMBARRASSED!! Good Luck!!

They don't work for everyone but Seabands worked for me. They are actually accupressure wristbands for seasickness. It is worth a try. Good luck and congratulations.

I agree with the seabands, B6, Unisom(or benadryl, same thing), constant snacking, ginger snaps, and my big thing was to make sure I took my prenatal vitamin before bed. If I took it in the morning it made me feel nauseous all day.

Hi E.,

The only thing that helped me was not letting my stomach get empty and not eating too much, you have to find that happy medium. I would eat something every 2 hours, usually toast or waffles, it was all I could stomach for a couple of months. I also used to sniff a tea bag, the smell of tea was soothing to me.

I wish you the best of luck. I hated being nauseous all of the time.

Even though you may not want to eat I would recommend eating a small snack every 2 hours and at the first sign of queasiness eat something that sounds appealing.

Congrats to you again!!!

What I did that helped my pregnancy was slushies from 7-eleven.
If I needed to I would go through the drive thru of Burger King and get their slushie's. Did this for about three months. Totally helped. Good luck and Congrats.
