Have you tried searching for George Foreman recipes online? I bet if you type in that phrase then you'll come up with alot.
My husband works out of town a lot so we just bought him the George Foreman 360 to keep down on food expenses. Does anyone have any good, quick recipes for cooking on it? The recipe book it came with doesn't have alot of quick recipes. Thanks

One of our favorite things to do with the foreman grill is to marinade some shrimp and vegies (zuchinni, asparagas and redpeppers) in Italian dressing and then popping it on the foreman grill all together.
Cooks everything just the perfect amount - vegies are crisp tender...shrimp is done. Love it.
We use ours pretty frequently for fish, chicken and burgers. It also makes great bacon.
One of the quick lunches we frequently make is Quesadillas. Just throw on a tortilla, some cheese and even some (precooked/leftover) chicken.
It also works great for panini style sandwiches and grilled cheese.
The grill isn't really for recipes.....I mainly use it to throw a hunk of meat on it or a garden Burger close the lid and cook. If you husband is on the road he probably can't have to much in the way of ingredients on him anyway....I would just make sure to pack some Montreal steak seasoning as it tastes good on everything and then grill some veggies on it or use microwave
I knew one single guy that would keep chicken breasts marinating in a small amount of beer, then each night he would throw one on his foreman and add a different seasoning or spice (old bay is very good). For sides, you can do veggies on the grill, or there are many easy microwave sides available these days, from pasta and rice to veggies.
