That sounds like a lot of fun! I'd be up for it. Poway seems like a really nice area...my fave scrapbook store is up there! :) Congrats on the decision to be home with the kiddos! I have been a SAHM for 15 years and have really enjoyed it. My kids are 15, 13 and 5. I've kinda gone the opposite route though and decided I needed something for me and to contribute to the finances so I just recently became an independent beauty consultant for Mary Kay. It's been really exciting because I can still be the SAHM and focus on the family and still have something for me. So anyway, your idea sounds great. Let me know what comes of it!

I just saw this and can't remember if I ever responded or what - sometimes this mamasource meesages confuse me at where to find them. Anyways, have you done a recipe party? That sounds like fun. I live just north of you and I might have other friends who are interested.

C....Hi!! I would be totally up for a recipe party. I LOVE to cook and bake myself. I just recently had a baby girl, Kylee, she's jsut turned 4 months old and my husband and I are tryinjgme staying at home right now with both of our girls. Kaitlynn is 8 now almost 9 and I would love to get together with other moms in Poway-My husband and I have been here now for 5 years and I feel like I really dont know any other moms except for Girl Scouts. It would be nice to get our for a mom's night with NO KIDS...I'm totally ready.

I'd be in for it. I love cooking and have my fair amount of recipes and FAVE stuff that I'd love to share =)
