Does anyone have a recipe for the spicy pecans like they have at Bakers Brothers - those are soooo good and great on salads? I have tried several websites and have tried a couple and can't find one that I like. I need maybe a recipe from some of you out there. Thanks in advance

What can I do next?

I roast them with some butter and sugar and they aer yummy.

If you wanted them spicy, you could put your favorite spice instead of of sugar!

Enjoy

A., I always make the sweet toasted pecans, but I found this recipe for the spicy ones at www.surrattfarms.com. It said that they try out all the recipes they receive before they recommend them, so it should be pretty good - but, I haven't tried it, so I can't say for sure. Good luck! God bless! S.

4 cups pecan halves
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
3 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon garlic salt

Preheat oven to 325:F. Mix all ingredients and spread on cookie sheet. Bake 20 - 30 minutes, stirring once or twice. Drain on paper towels. Store in air tight container.
