I agree with the other mom, you have to make the choice to do this for yourself! Noone can lose the weight but you! It definitely isn't easy but it is all up to you! Walk for at least thirty minutes a day, start buying healthy snacks (they don't have to be the expensive ones), cook with low fat butter, and drain all the fat from ground beef if you use that!
When I first had my son, we didn't have the money for a gym membership, so I would take my son to my moms and go running with my dad, and at night after my husband got home from work, I would run around our block as much as possible. I watch what I eat and drink a lot of water, and nine months later, I have lost the 47 pounds I gained with him and an additional 12 pounds, so it is definitely possible to lose weight without all the fancy stuff.
You can do this! Just make the decision for yourself and know that you can do it!!!!
