I looked up face dryness around mouth area and found a pretty good assesment of many different rashes, dryness, blood vessel markings etc. explanations on Dr Sears web page.
IMO, this isn't healthy to do this to yourself. I understand that to a degree it is normal to have fears for your kids but, what if something "real" happens? Will you be strong and able to hold it together so your child can heal or get treatment? I say this with feeling and Not judgement, you really should seek counceling. I'm happy your on medication but, sometimes that isn't enough. You have a lifetime of ups and downs, bangs and bruises, illness and the list goes on. You need to be able to manage and not make your self sick with worry! Your going to shorten your life with all of the worry and anxiety!
I have anxiety as well and I personally feel like if you can manage it on your own great. If you need meds fine, it's good that you recognize that you need more. If that doesn't help then you need to take it a step futher for you and your family. Remember that your not the only one that suffers with this, it effects everyone around you just as depression or anything else like this.
You seem like your more than on top of things so Don't worry!! Your child will be just fine!! Enjoy this time!! They are only little for a short time, trust me time flies.
Take care, everything will be just fine with your little one.
