We started primarily raw probably 4 months ago. We have deviated a little when at parents', etc. I have never felt better than when eating the raw foods. My first info came from www.kristensraw.com It has great info and recipes. I have probably 4 of her cookbooks (they're little and specific). I also really like Living on Live Food by Alissa Cohen. It is a big book...info and recipes. She even has a menu set up for you to get you started. I found that getting a great dehydrator made a huge difference in allowing for variety and not feeling like you're always eating salads. I would make sure you are really going to stick with this first, though, before making that investment. Enjoy! There really are endless recipes to make for variety and satisfaction. I actually found myself eating much less because the food I ate satisfied me (versus empty calories). Smoothies are easy to start and are very satisfying.
