I use california baby calendua cream- emergency first aid. Both my boys have ezcema as well and it works. All natural. Works great for sunburns as well. Best of luck
My poor little guy has a rash all over his body, except for his head/face. The 3 pediatricians who saw him do not seem worried about it, and it does not seem to bother him because he never scratches it or shows apparent discomfort. I have been using the steroid cream that was prescribed, but I am looking for some proven natural remedies. It started in one small spot on his ankle and spread all over his body over the course of the past few weeks. Eczema runs on both sides of our family, so my lil’ man doesn’t get a break, but I read that he’ll grow out of it, which I hope is proven true sooner than later. I have researched this a great deal but want to hear about actual positive results to similar situations. Do you have any recommendations (no petroleum based products, please)?
Yes, the drs. say it's dermatitis.
Thank you so much for your advice! He is looking much better now, thank God!

Dear M., sorry for what your little guy is going through.
as you write that the rash is on his body, could it be possibly linked to a laundry detergent/softener you are using???? Or anything else that is in contact with his body and not his face???
Are you washing his face with a gentler soap than his body?
Just some thoughts.
hope this helps.

What did the doctors say the rash IS? I found this link today actually, and have bookmarked it for myself for future rash-identification. Once you find the problem by looking at the slideshow (link below) I think they give more info and perhaps remedies for each skin problem.
Good luck.

Whenever you see something on the skin it is telling you what the gut looks like inside. Probiotics and special diet is my suggestion. Look into gluten free/casein free. The skin will clear up in a week-three weeks. Try it. It works.....
Did the doctors say what it was?
