That is so funny you ask, I made some last night.
Here is my recipe:

1 package of Coleslaw mix (from the bagged salad section at the grocery store)
1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
1/2 C slivered almonds toasted
2-3 TBSP sesame seeds toasted
4 green onions chopped
1 pkg Oriental Ramen

Dressing:
1/2 Cup oil
3 TBSP sugar
3 TBSP apple cidar vinegar
seasoning packet from ramen

Combine dressing ingredients mix well. Then mix with other ingredients. Sprinkle with crushed ramen.

I have never made it with crab, but guess you could add that in. Here is a recipe from online with the crab in it....http://www.grouprecipes.com/sr/27007/crab-or-chicken-sala...

Hi K.--
My recipe doesn't call for sesame seeds, but you could certainly add them!

1 pkg. coleslaw
2 pkgs. imitation crab, picked apart (can use fresh crab meat too)
1 small red pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
Snow pea pods (as many as you like)
2 pkgs. Oriental flavored raman Noodles
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. white vinegar

In a large bowl, mix together coleslaw, crab, red pepper, green onions and pea pods.
In a small bowl, whisk together flavor packet, oil, sugar and white vinegar.
Before serving, mix together dressing and salad and crunched raman noodles - stir and serve.
Enjoy!
