I purchased a rainsuit for my son at REI sporting goods store.

I know you said you tried Target, but I also tried there and found them by accident! They are in the girls accessory area, yes even the boys ones. I got a Diego one for my son, but they had Nemo, Princess, Batman, and some others too. I never did find them at Wal-Mart!

B., there are some really cute raincoats with matching umbrellas in the Avon Book, I just saw the new book lastnight. My girlfriend Melissa (who is also on our "Mamasource" network) sales Avon and is very prompt in putting your orders in. Give her a call I'm sure she would be glad to help you!

Another option is to Google kids' raincoats and check out Nexttag. Lillian Vernon also has some raincoats you can view online.

For my two girls, I bought waterproof jackets at REI that don't look like raincoats. They wear well when it's also just cool and windy, without looking like a raincoat.
