Hi there
If it makes you feel any better, we are bringing our 10 month old. He'll be fine. And if he gets squirmy, there's always the lobby. It's the earliest performance of the day, so it'll be fine. Theaters offer morning/mid-day performance times (family themed dhows such as the rockettes) to allow a a peace of mind for families with young children. For those people who feel that there shouldn't be young children at the early performance of a show that features dancing puppets and Santa in it for pete's sake because they dont want to be 'inconvenienced', here's a thought: go to the evening performance instead. I've seen this show twice already in NYC, both a matinee and evening performance. There were children of all ages (infants and older) at the matinee and it was fine. Again, people expect this. However, the evening performance was primarily adults, which I makes sense. Having said that, if you are going earlier in the day rather than later, I say go for it!! :o)
Good luck with your decision!!
