Any one got any ideas for me? We thawed them on Sunday and must cook them tonight since we will not be home again until Friday night. I would prefer they not go bad. I do have a george foreman if you have any receipes for that too!

What can I do next?

I just made some amazing pork chops it was pretty easy if you have the stuff. I made three of them fairly large, in a small pan I placed them and added lemon juice about 1/2 cup mixed with brown sugar till none would dissolve anymore. Rubbed it on the chops and let the rest lay in the pan! Ooh it was so good!

I just had to do this the other night! Slice a "pocket" into the chop and spoon in a bit of dry stuffing mix & some corn (I used canned chipotle white corn). Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of a glass dish. Sprinkle remaining dry stuffing in the dish surrounding the chops. Pour water over entire dish until the stiffing is moist and slightly covered. Pop into a 400 degree oven for about 40 minutes or until internal temp is 170 degrees. I served this with a side of smashed potatoes and a salad. The family loved it.
Hope this helps!

Salt, pepper, a little garlic powder, brown both sides in olive oil and a little butter...pour in a can of cream of mushroom soup and about 3/4 can of milk...bake at 325 degrees for about 45 min or until tender.

Serve with sauted potatoes, rice or pasta....the sauce is very good.

Make a salad, get some crunchy french bread, a nice bottle of wine...your set!

Blessings....

I wash mine, brush with butter, then take a bag, and put in:

Flour
Garlic Powder
Minced onion
Parsley
Pepper

I throw in the pork chops and shake the bag, then put them in a shallow dish and bake at 350 for about 40 mins or so until they are done.

I add a salad, muffins, or garlic bread, garlic mashed potatoes and dinner is done.

They always come out so juicy, and tender every time!

My husband likes to bake them, pour a can of cream of mushroom soup on top, maybe add some baby carrots and celery and onions around them, cover in foil and bake. I think I like the george foreman idea best, but the veggies are yummy with it.

season, sautee in pan with oil until cooked, remove from pan, cut into smaller-than-bite-size pieces, put back in pan, add a jar of spaghetti sauce. Cook noodles on the side. Spaghetti is done.

I would stuff them. There are a lot of recipies for stuffed porkchops. Pork can get dried out easily, so I like to put things in that will give off juice and baste the pork from the inside out, like veggies.
My go to - Slip a sharp knife half way though the thickness and cut 3/4 to the end. Season the meat inside and out. Stuff with stouffers stuffing for pork with added onions, apples, and mushrooms. close with a toothpick and bake.

Pork chops in the crockpot are always nice and tender. Season and place one can of beef both, add pork chops and cook on low. Yum~
Quick and easy: mix 1/4 c. flour, 1/3 c. bread crumbs, pepper, garlic satl and/or powder. Dip pork chops in egg or milk, dredge in flour mixture and
saute in 2 Tbsp. olive oil.
Sorry too late for the first one, but you'll have it for next time.
