Question on Peppers

Hey Ladies!
I'm once again turning to you fabulous women for answers! I am making jalapeno poppers for Christmas day. I usually make at least 30 and we LOVE the recipe, but I don't want to spend all day on it. I would much rather be watching my family open presents! Does anyone know how much I can do in advance? I just seed the peppers, stuff with cream cheese, and wrap with bacon. Anything I can do before hand would be awesome! But I'm not sure what!

Thanks in advance!
H.

My husband does the same w/o the cream cheese and actually freezes dozens at a time. Then we pull them out and throw them directly on the grill, some we top with cheese, some we dip in queso, and some just plain. In fact, he is planning on pulling some out for Christmas Eve! Good luck!

I would do it all except cooking in advance. There's no reason you can't stuff them, wrap them then put it in the fridge until you're ready to cook!

Merry Christmas!

You can do all of that in advance and just arrange them on a sheet and stick them in the fridge until ready to cook the next day. We add a slice of dove meat from the annual hunt in October.

You can do all of it in advance. I have made them for my husband's office as well as mine own and I had them all prepped the night before and then just popped them in the oven in the morning before work. They turn out great.
