Purchased the Stokke Stroller and Trying to Find the Right Infant Car Seat.

After much research on which stroller to purchase I "FINALLY" decided on the "Stokke" stroller. So, I am on the search for the right infant car seat for this stroller. I realize the Stokke stroller is compatible with the Maxi Cosi, Peg Perego and Graco. Any personal feedback would be great. Thank you.

Hi T.. I have never used a stroller. I used baby slings when I am out running errands or when I am doing household work. Mainly because I am small and strollers are seemed bulky and hard to handle!

Hi T.,
We have the Maxi Cosi Mico infant seat and like it a lot. Our daughter seems very comfortable in it, the straps are easy to adjust, and it's easy to click in and out of the car. We also switch the car seat base between cars quite a bit, and it's easy to do. One thing - it's a little too big for our Subaru Outback, so we have to push the passenger seat all the way up, but fits perfectly in the Passat.

Plus I like the fabric design. :) We use it with the Quinny stroller, which works like a dream.

My friend has used a Peg Perego infant seat with both of her babies and likes it too.

Congrats on the new addition to come!

I used the Graco Model from two years ago and have no complaints! It served it's purpose and was pretty cute.

The others seemed heavier and a little awkward to carry, but that was two years ago.

Good Luck! And, Congrats.

I had the Maxi Cosi and i hated it. It was too difficult to strap the baby in. You had to make sure you had both pieces together to buckle in.

Hope that helps/

I used the Peg Perego and loved it. I think their new model is even better as it has better SIP and goes up to 30 pounds, which means you'll definitely be able to use it until your child is a year old. Just my two cents....congratulations!

I had a peg perego for my first and did not like it at all. I got a graco snugride for my second and LOVE it! Sooo much lighter, great sun shade, easy to use... My son is 11 months old and just outgrowing it (I have a bugaboo so I had a few options too)...hope that helps.

Peg Perego is heavy - I would try the Britax Companion or Graco infant seat carrier.
