3 months is still very young for puppy, average age is 4- six month for them to be trained and many others can take even up to a year. Not to mention the occasional issue that come up. Also the size and breed of the dog can very greatly. It is unrealistic to expect her to get it just two weeks.
I have had dogs that trained in less than a week at the 3 months (very large breed) and some that were closer to 7 months. And since I am home most of the time now, when my current dog is routine is upset we will have some issues.
Positive praise and treats when she goes outside. You can research bell training to help her learn to let you know. But really consistancy and patience a whole lot of patience. Try to get her messes cleaned up as quick as you can.
Crate trainging is great and you are off to a great start, but there are not hard and fast rules on what age they will get it.
Good luck, puppies are so dang cute but wow can they be exhausting.
