My daughter is 15 months old. I introduced the regular food long time ago, so she started eating what we eat, soups and normal dinners. She seems like she is not really chewing her food, just swallowing everything. Sometimes she chews but most of the time she doesn't. Sometimes she gets angry and spits out food when she doesn't feel like chewing. Sometimes she throws up cause of swallowing everything...Did anyone have similar problem ??? Any good advices what to do ???

What can I do next?

My son did this till close to 3. He finally i think either got the fact he has to chew his food, or just out grew it. Either way he finally chew;s his food normal. I have seen that kid swallow some big bites of food. We just kept reminding him to chew chew chew and tried not to give him to much at once. Im sure she will outgrow this stage as well.

Too much in her mouth.
Kids this young and even at 2 years old... they do NOT know how to portion food nor know how much to put in their mouth. Thus you have to supervise them... or they can choke or get it lodged in their throat.
That happened with my son.

ALWAYS supervise... a young child and toddler, when eating.

And, cut up foods for her, REAL small and mince it. Or mash it a little first.

I ALWAYS taught my kids... when they have too much in their mouth and cannot chew it all.... to SPIT it out or to give it to me.... or to tell me. Its okay. I rather have them do that, than choke on it.

all the best,
Susan

My son is a "crammer". The best thing to do, only give her a small amount on her plate and tell her you can have more after you eat this. She will get the hang of chewing things up but it does take time.

At that age, you just need to get them to eat slowly and tell them to chew. Totally normal!
