Private Swim Lessons in Anthem

I am wanting my 4 year old to have private swim lessons in our pool at home. We live in Anthem and I am having a little trouble finding a good person. At this point he is fearful of lessons but loves being in the water (where he can touch). Does anyone have any suggestions? We went to a swim school in the past and I am just wanting to save time and gas. Thanks!

What can I do next?

Hi T., I live in Anthem too. If you go to anthemstuff.com there are some topics in the general discussion forum that have private swim lessons. Good luck and let me know if you decide to go with one of those, i am also interested for my 3 year old daughter.

You can check with Kim Courtney Swim School. I live in Tramonto (I-17 and Carefree Hwy) and they come out here twice a week to our community pool. Here is their website: www.kimcourtneyswim.com

Hi T.,

I don't know of an instructor that would come to your home but I highly recommend Infant Swim Resource. It is a fantastic program and they have instructors all over the valley. The lessons are 10 minutes a day, five days a week and are one on one. This will be my daughter's third year. At the end of last summer, when she was not quite 3, she was swimming the length of the pool. We start our lessons again in a week.

The website is www.infantswim.com.

Good luck,

L.

ISR Infant swim Resource is the way to go. My little girl was so frightened of the water. She never wanted her face wet but loved swimming. My 2 and 4 year old went through ISR last year and by the end of three weeks my 2 year old was not only swimming but jumping off the high dive as well. It gave them so much confidence and I LOVED there instructed who taught at someones home right here in Anthem. If you have any questioned I will be happy to help:)

Hello T.,

Here are 2 websites that you can check out. The first one is: www.infantswim.com & the second is www.hubbardswim.com . I am going to enroll my 4 year old and 1 year old into ISR or infantswim right now. There's even an instructor who lives in Anthem. We live in Carefree so this instructor happens to be the closet for us as well. I have not used Hubbard Swim, but my best friend's 4 year old boy has. She loved them and recommended them to me. I hope this helps. I don't think you'll be disappointed with either website.

Good luck,
T.

My name is B. S.. I'm an Anthem resident and certified ISR swim instructor. ISR is definitely the most effective program available in teaching young children swimming and water survival skills. If you haven't heard about ISR, I encourage you to investigate my webpage (www.AnthemISR.com) and our national website (www.infantswim.com). You can also contact me via email at ____@____.com or call me at ###-###-#### to discuss further.
