My soon-to-be 5 year old wants a Disney Princess Party so she can dress up as Jasmine. I heard there are people who will do orchestrate these parties for you by planning crafts and games at the location of your choice. Does anyone know someone whose really great with kids that does this sort of thing? I'm also trying to figure out where to have it since my home is way too small. Also, she wants to invite the boys so they can be princes. Like a costume party.
Cathy,
I am the owner of The Party Queen. My partner and I have been doing children's parties for over 10 years. I am also a single mother of two girls. I would love to help make your daughter's special day an event to treasure for a lifetime. Turning 5 is a very magical thing. Please respond or call ###-###-#### or ###-###-####. Ask for M. or Melody.
i did my daughter's princess party myself. Some of the games were pin the prince/princess on the castle. I had a friend draw a picture of a castle on poster board and then cookie cut out boys and girls and drew faces on them. The next game was hide and seek. Cinderella has lost her crown and we need to help her find it. Can you find the red apple from the Snow White story. It will have the next clue. Can you find the magic carpet from Aladdin? And so on and so forth until you find the birthday crown. I also got balloons and made swords for the princes. They liked them and even the girls wanted one so they could sword fight. Also you can get a princess CD and play musical chairs. As far as a party place. You can try renting a space at a recreational center or a church. Have fun with your own imagination. You don't need to pay someone to help you because that will just cost.(sometimes more than you want to pay)
Go to http://www.professorbrainius.com/ There is a link to www.teamfamily.com I guess. This is a family that does stuff like that for kids - including birthday parties (sience apries, princess stuff...) and so on. I have seen this guy at Central Market in Plano doing a small show for kids and then I checked out the web page. Came out that I found that his wife does princess parties. Sounds like they could accomodate anything (including any location of your choice, or maybe they could suggest something since your place is small).
Hope it helps... contact them and I am sure they will let you know what's avalable

www.jessicasprincessparties.com How fun! Hope y'all have a blast! :)
I have bought 4 dresses over the years from a beautiful website
www.sugarandsass.com
The woman who makes them is fantastic to work with. She has some styles on her website to choose from but if you email her directly, she can make anything or any style that you need in any color. My oldest daughter wanted a dress in her school colors and my youngest wanted a fairy princess dress in her favorite colors (pink and purple) and they were gorgeous!
AND they are a good price. I also know that she will give discounts if you are having a party and need to buy 3 (I think) or more dresses.
I hope this helps.
My friend does these and she does a wonderful job! check out her website, she also has fun things for boys:
