Shining Stars Preschool is excellent! My son attends there now.They serve 3 yr olds and 4 yr olds with special needs like speech therapy. Also 4 yr olds with no special needs are selected from a lottery.
Early Learning Preschool is an awesome private pre-school with reasonable rates. My son attended there last year in the 3 yr old class.
Kidszone is available through parks and rec dept. YMCA has a pre-school program I have not check out, but heard it's excellent!

Welcome to New Mexico! It's not a public school, but I have nothing but good things to say about Manzano Day School. Maybe something to consider?

Where do you live? My daughter goes to Early Learning Preschool in Rio Rancho and LOVES IT!!
