How about fake sushi rolls? somewhat flatten a small "ball" of rice krispie treat and wrap the periphery with fruit by the foot gummy roll ups??? Pretty much no chance of food allergy here! Good luck!

My little people LOVE these. They are easy and they work whether you want them to be fancy or an every day thing. You will need cinnamon wheat thins, cream cheese, brown sugar, and strawberries. Roll a dimeish size ball of the cream cheese and roll it in the brown sugar, place it on the wheat thin, and put a slice of strawberry on top. Viola! Simple, tasty, easy, and everyone likes it. You can use any cream cheese...reg, 1/3 fat, or fat free, and it is still good. Don't make too far ahead of time or the crackers will get soft. Good luck!

How about some turkey and cheese roll ups.

Use tortillas, deli turkey and cheese, roll them all together and slice. You would get 6-8 good slices per tortilla roll. In the past, I have used a little mayo on the tortilla to help it all 'stick' together.

A.,

I have had fruit shish-kabobs at some of my kids school parties. You just take a wooden skewer and slide cut up fruit onto it. Strawberries, pineapple, grapes, melon, whatever is firm enough to hold up once the stick is through it. You could also cut the skewers in half so maybe only 3 pieces of fruit to a skewer, that way theres not as much waste.

I also make apples and dip for school parties. I peel the apples (they always go much better without the skins) and slice into wedges and put them directly into pineapple juice for a few seconds, drain. For the dip I use either the caramel dip you find in the produce dept mixed with an 8 oz pkg of cream cheese or equal parts vanilla yogurt and peanut butter mixed together.

My preschoolers always liked cheese and crackers, I used a small playdough cutter and cut the cheese into fun shapes, stars, hearts. I would have the deli slice the colby jack cheese into about 1/4" slices and cut the shapes from it.
You end up with alot of scraps that you can use on salads, etc.

Cutting sandwiches into cute shapes with cookie cutters, putting fruit on little skewers, having things to dip strawberries and pieces of melon into, cutting rolled sandwiches into pinwheels.

Just take your old stand by and cut it with cookie cutters and they will think it's great.

My family loves salami roll ups. Get a piece of salami smear with cream cheese and roll it up! It doesn't get much easier! You can also use ham. have fun at the graduation!
