Hi there,

Anyone know anything about pmdd? My pms symptoms are out of control. I am so bloated, aggitated, and CRANKY. Not to mention I am starving for about 1 week before my period. It is not normal symptoms. Any advice would help. I thank you and I know my family will thank you, too!

Dear Jolie,

I know excatly what you are going through. I used to get cramps on top of it that would have me on the couch for days. I went to the Dr and the put me on birth control even though I have my tubes tied. I was talking to a friend about this a couple of months ago and they had me try this vitamin from shaklee to see if it helped. I did and now I don't have the symptoms like I used to. If you need more info let me know. I hope this helped.

Hi there,

If you want to try the natural route take an Efa(Essential Fatty Acid) or Fish oil and Calcuim magnesium supplement. The Fish oil helps to support the ovaries and cal/mag is good for bones and muscles which can help alot if you experience bad cramps.

I agree, the older you get, the worse the symptoms get. Go see your OB- Don't know if your opposed to medication, but there are things you can take that can help dramatically.

I have terrible pain since I was 12. I took Advil aroudn the clock at that time adn it helped a little. 8 months ago I started drinking Xango daily and it has eliminated all period problems!! I swear I never knew I could be without pain!! Feel free to email me if you would like to discuss giving it a try!! A great website is www.mangosteenexperiences.com

That lists a lot of information about the juice and what it can help with.

Hi Julie,

You're probably in need of natural progesterone. Contact the doctors at Homefirst www.homefirst.com

I began using their all natural progesterone cream and all of my PMS symptoms went away.

Hi Jolie,

I experienced the same symptoms and problems you do. I have bloating severe to the point I use to look 5 months pregnant.

I exercise regular especially a week and a half before my expected menstrual. I also rid myself of Salts entirely, because it induces the blaoting. I also, take vitamins and drink plenty of water and take Midol.

Try the exercising part for sure, it helps with the discomfort..

Good Luck

Lauren
