Well I was suppose to get my period on Sat. which would have been my 28th day cycle thing. Well now it's Wed. and I still have not gotten my period so I took a test and it came up not pregnant. What do I do??? Am I or not just want to know? Do I call the Doctor or do I wait it out?

What can I do next?

What kind of test did you use? The digital ones arnt as sensitive as the ones with lines. I would try a first response early pregnancy test.

I say wait a few days and then test again. I know a few people who took a test and it was negative and then a few days later it came up positive. I'm sure the wait is killing you...I hope you get the result you want! :)

Your doc will probably tell you to wait at least a few more days and then retest at home, but you can always call and ask.

I know it is no fun waiting, but I would wait atleast 1 week and retest, if you have not started, call your Dr. But just to let you know, in July, I was only a few days late, I took a home test, it came back negitive, I started bleeding clots, I new I was miscarrying, because I have had 2 previous miscarriages, I went into emergency, they did a stick test, still neg. Finally, they decided to do a blood test, and it was very positive. So, the home tests can be wrong, especially very early in pregnancy. Good Luck!

Did you have unprotected sex or not about two weeks ago? Are you usually regular? If you really, truly must have an answer soon make an appointment with your doctor for a blood test.
