Pregnant... Boy or Girl?

I know that there is not a lot of truth in the old wives tales but it's extremely fun to hear the differences in everyones pregnancies.
I am pregnant with my second kid right now, 2 months along. My first was a girl and I had no morning sickness till the 2nd trimester. I only craved soup and salad, and the ocational pickle. I loved my husband the whole pregnancy, wanted him at my side the whole time. With this one, I got morning sickness at 4 weeks, and it hasn't stopped, I'm craving chicken wings and can't stand chocolate. I also don't want my husband anywhere near me. You can really see the difference in my face, neck and arms, I am being sucked dry... but my tummy is growing already... I have been hairy with both babies, I'm a hairy person :) I did have a migraine a day, the whole pregnancy, with my daughter, and I've only had 3 with this pregnancy so far... any predictions? do share!! :)

What can I do next?

Boy, each one of my pregnancies were SO different from each other and I had all girls! One I carried low, one high, one in the middle. Varying amounts of morning sickness with each one (one so bad I was hospitalized for it). However, there are people that can "tell" just by looking at you what you are having. I have an AMAZING track record with only one being wrong in my life (I knew that all 3 of mine were girls even though I had drs, through ultrasound, tell me two were boys). I'll bet you or someone you know has this same "talent" :) Certainly, the odds are the same of being right as you guessing by how different the pregnancy is. Now, if you are willing to spring for a plane ticket to Florida, I would be MORE than happy to tell you what I think :) Just kidding, it is cold today here in MN and Florida sounds nice.

Good luck and healthy pregnancy to you!

My prediction: you will have a healthy baby!
Staying busy with your first-born will take your mind off queasiness.
And bless your husband for being understanding. Perhaps you will enjoy cuddling up to watch a movie or just talk about your future.
Blessings, S.

try the ring trick with a strand of your hair and see which way the ring starts to move. i did that with my baby and it was right. maybe you are having a boy?
oh and someone told me a good trick for the headache thing. i have headaches all the time and was really worried about it when i was pregnant because i didnt want to be popping a tylenol every day. take a cold soda can and hold it to your head or base of your neck - it will help.

I always thought it was fun to try to figure it out. I craved different things with each of my four, and had differing levels of tiredness and such. The one notable thing with mine is that I had no morning sickness with any of my 3 boys who were my first, second, and fourth pregnancies. With my one girl, who was my third pregnancy, I was so sick. And when the morning sickness finally subsided, I got the flu. I was 5 months along before I started feeling better. She was breach too! One thing people always said to me was that if they are high they are one thing and if they are low they are one thing, but that was never a good determination for me. I had one son who's feet were always in my ribs and another who was so low that I felt like his head would fall out of me. The doctor actually commented that she could feel the top of his head pushing down for a couple months before he was born.

How low are you carrying? So far I'm saying a girl. That's just the vibe I get. I'm usually pretty accurate with my vibes.

Everything was completely opposite in both of my pregnancies so I was convinced number two was a boy, but I was wrong! All of the "tests" showed boy too, and the chinese calendar.

I had a girl first and then a boy... I had 2 completely different pregnancies as far as weight gain/distribution, want for sex, need for food, water cravings, different food cravings, sleep trouble, sickness, sinus infections, fatigue... you name it, was total night and day difference.

I'm gonna predict that you have another girl :) BUT whatever you are blessed with having, I hope the baby is healthy and that you are both doing well after you deliver :)

Take care :)

Well I have had two girls and my second pregnancy was so different from my first I thought for sure I was having a boy but nope....another girl. So for me I don't think that kind of stuff matters. like with my first I was sick but it wasn't that bad, I hated meat, was on bedrest for a while, got really swollen feet and couldn't stand the smell of my hubby's deodorant (funny right?) Then with my second I was soooo sick, threw up all the time. Meat was fine but I loved cereal, never got swollen anything and didn't mind smells at all and no bed rest. So for me I had lots of different things but I still had two girls.
