Has anyone else felt like this? If so, what did you do to make yourself feel better? I am 14 weeks pregnant with my 2nd and I just feel so fat and frompy and just gross. Everything is uncomfortable and I don't know what to do. I honestly only feel comfortable in sweats. I have been eating right and even going to the gym a few days a week, but its not helping. I am not a heavy person 5'9" and 150 lbs, and I don't remember feeling this way when I was pregnant with my son, but I just don't know how to snap out of it. Any one else feel like this?

What can I do next?

Well this season doesn't help. Sounds like you are doing a good thing one eating right and heading to the gym. Go for a preggie massage and get a pedicure. It will only get better and better....I hear ya! Been there...done it three times and felt the same way.

You are totally normal. I know this stage is so hard. You can still look cute in sweats. Even if you don't feel like it, make yourself shower and get ready early in the day. Treat yourself to a manicure, pedicure, and/or a hair cut. This stage will pass and you will start feeling better.

For me when I don't get ready all day and just clean, cook, take care of kids, it really affects my mood, I can see a huge difference when I take care of myself, take a shower, get ready, then take on the day. Now I need to go take my own advice and go get myself ready :-)

Hang in there. I know it is so hard, especially when it's not your first, you can't sleep and focus on yourself like we could when it was our first.

Hugs!

Enjoy the sweats! :) I felt that way when I was pregnant with my second. With my first it was just so exciting and I loved getting my belly that I didn't feel that way. With my second, I just felt fat and uncomfortable until I got farther along into my second trimester. Seriously, if you feel good in sweats then by all means enjoy them. Do whatever it takes to make yourself feel comfortable and just take it easy and take care of yourself.

Your pregnant, tired and feeling heavy. IT's normal. And I agree about the weather. Hang in there - enjoy your sweats (or perhaps go out out and buy a few pairs in cute colors) and think about your sweet baby!!
