P.L.
I doubt the tuna had anything to do with it. It's more likely that it's the vitamins or something else you ate. My vote would be the vitamins.
Ok so it may seem silly.
I am 23 weeks pregnant and we went out and I had a Small few bites of a Tuna Sandwich ( I know we limit this while pregnant, but it was the first time I have eaten it since becoming preggers and was craving it) A day or so later i notices that my movements were loose and bright green. Is this something i should be worried about? This happened last week and it has been on my mind so i wanted to see if it is a concern.
As far as vitamins, I take the Gummy ones because i can't stomach the pre natal ones and the doc told me to these would be ok.

I don't think that the tuna had anything to do with it, unless it might've been bad for some reason. Did you drink some blue or purple kool-aid or have cake with blue icing? I know that type of thing can cause it and possibly a "looseness" as well....I think you are fine. I wouldn't worry about it unless it becomes a consistant problem! Good Luck - you are over halfway done now and the rest will fly by. I have only 2 weeks left....woohoo!
I am sure it is not tuna, I hate tuna when prego too and nothing like that happened. Have you eaten any green food? Asparagus can make your pee green, etc If you are worried, just call your OB, they nurse will help you.
Ok really odd question but did you have any black licourish latley?
No, if it only happened that once, you are probably fine......it could be the way the vitamins worked with the tuna...........usually that is the case......some people when they start new vitamins go through the same thing.......
Take care and congrats!!!
Hi J..
I wouldn't be concerned at this point. Your body is changing. As far as the gummies, the type is okay but not all vitamins are good for you. Some don't absorb in your system and some can be dangerous because the create free radicals. Extra antioxidants are needed to contradict that. I can recommend one if you like or can give you specifics on what not to buy if you're interested. If you want to keep taking the same vitamins, find out what their absorption process is. If you buy it at Walmart, CVS type store or GNC it's not good for you.
God bless and congratulations!

Hi J.,
Sounds more like food dye, maybe from the vitamins or something else you ate or drank. I wouldn't worry about it.
As long as your dont still have the problem then I wouldnt worry about it but I would certainly not eat Tuna again during your pregnancy. Good Luck and Congrats.
