Hi Y.!!
I am and esthetician and I do know that its hormone related and cleansers that are over the counter tend to strip your skin of its natural pH. I use Dermalogica at the spa I work at and it is a great product!!! My advice to you would be to call a dermatologist or a skin care specialist that can lead you in the right direction.
Dermalogica doesn't strip your skin of its natural pH. Also try a mineral make up. Once with out Talc. A few good ones are Glo Minerals and bare Minerals. Glo minerals has green tea in it so it helps calm the skin and it feels great and gives a great coverage. Make sure you are washing your face morning and night religously and using a moisturizer for your skin type. If you want more information on these products, any of the web sites can help you. I hope it clears up for you. Its mainly hormonal and when all said and done you will have a beautiful baby and the worry of pregnancy acne will be a mer memory.
