Does anyone know of anyone who does pregnancy massages in St. Louis/St. Charles area? My friend would love to find somewhere where she can actually lie on her belly during the massage. Thanks!

When I was pregnant with my first in 2006, I went to Salon De Christe right there on Zumbehl at I-70. They have a massage therapist there that has a set up especially for pregnant women. It was quite thereputic & saved me from total stress in my last few weeks of pregnancy. I'm sure they still have her there on staff.

I believe Salon de'Christe does prenatal and postnatal massages. They have 2 locations 1 in St.Charles and 1 in St.Peters. I've have a thereputic massage there and it was wonderful.
The Face & The Body has an awesome pregnancy massage (special table for you to lie on your belly). It was wonderful! Locations are in O'Fallon, MO (I believe), Chesterfield, and Clayton. -A.
I used to be a massage therapist, and I worked at Stonewater Salon and Spa at Plaza Frontenac. They use the pregnancy pillows there so she will be able to lie on her stomach. Just call different spas and ask if they offer side lying prenatal massage or if they use the pregnancy pillow.
