I felt the same way with all of my pregnancies... it would usually go away as I got farther along...
Hi everyone, I just found out that I'm 6 weeks pregnant. The past 4 days I've been cramping. They would come and go, never got worse either. I have been feeling bloated and gassy too. Not to gross anyone out I went #2 twice yesterday and it seemed to relieve most of the cramping. Today my stool was green. There was no food that I can think of that would have done this. Just wondering if this is normal or should have talk to my Dr. My next appt. is the end of Feb. Thanks
I really appreciate everyones response. I'm glad I was not the only one with cramping issues early on. I did call the DR. and she didn't seem too concerned, just to watch. And my cramping has gotten a lot better. Thanks

Sounds right on! I just had my baby a few weeks ago and that was exactly as I was feeling at 6 weeks. My first real symptoms were gas, cramping and constipation. I'm not sure about the green but it might be your prenatal vitamin. That did make everything weird. The only other thing I had was vomiting! I'm glad you don't have that. Congrats on the pregnancy!
During my first pregnancy, I began having really bad cramping. It felt like the worst period pains I had ever had! It was completely normal, and my baby was born healthy and happy - the cramping went away about 8-weeks in. However, having said that, you should always bring anything unusual up with your doctor, because they're familiar with this sort of thing and usually know when to worry.
I had cramping off and on thoughout my first Preg. I agree about contacting your Dr. It will help put your mind at ease. Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluid-decaf, especially if you are getting sick at all.
Don't hesitate to call your doctor tomorrow morning. Let him/her make the decision. That's what you pay them for, isn't it? You don't want to spend the next month worrying. If there's any question on your doctor's part, they'll bring you in. Better to be safe. Good luck.
Did you start taking pre-natal vitamins as soon as you found out you were pregnant? That would explain all of your symptoms :)
As long as you're not bleeding, don't worry. I've had two miscarriages and didn't know it until I actually bled. I think having these symptoms is kind of a good sign, it means that you are. Good luck.
Usually during late pregnancy your muscles are relaxing in preparation for birth (plus things are getting crowded in there), which causes your intestines to slow down in processing your food and can give you constipation, gas and bloating. That's why fiber and plenty of fluids are so important. I'm not sure why you'd have it in early pregnancy. As for green - bile can do that. So can some iron supplements. If you are taking a prenatal vitamin, maybe your system is not tolerating it so well and you need to try another one, or take it in smaller doses throughout the day. These are all good things to go over with your Dr and you could call them and ask about it.
