I'm gonna echo T.F.'s recommendations. Go to a doctor and get your health checked. Your escalating panic over everything is tied into your health. As your hormones change your mind tends to race and there are health triggers. I had issues with joint and bone pain so bad it was waking me all night. No sleep + pain = a million gloom and doom thoughts. Believe it or not a simple multi vitamin coupled with fish oil and a calcium suppliment was all I needed to get back on track. Plus I had the peace of mind knowing that I wasn't going crazy. Go see a doctor.
