Power Foods/drinks for a Stressful Weekend?

I'm already underweight with some stress/anxiety issues. We're moving this weekend and I know that I NEED to eat!! I bought myself some almonds, but I'm just curious as to what you eat for some energy/stress foods? I'm also really good about drinking water all day, but I do tend to have a redbull during the day. Anything drink-wise that will be healthier but give me some pick-me-up?
I've been so busy packing and working the last couple of weeks that I haven't been eating right (or at all really) and I can really feel it bringing me down...
And yes, my anxiety is diagnosed and I am on meds for it.

What can I do next?

Try a smoothie from a store like Froots or Robeks? You can get protein or vitamins added! Also, they usually make great wraps. Make an effore to buy some fruits and veggies and spend 20 minutes washing and cutting into tupperware. Also buy some cheese sticks. Good for grabbing on the go - protein and fruits and veggies.

Cliff bars & Luna bars are super easy and full of good stuff. Keep a couple in your pocket so you remember them.

red bull is about the worst thing you can do for yourself.
a handful of raw almonds and raisins will give you a boost about as good as cup of coffee.

I would avoid Red Bull. I think the other suggestions below are great. I just wanted to add: Moving sucks. It is sooo stressful! So please make a point of planning something for the end of the weekend that you can look forward to. Maybe a magazine or book you've looked forward to reading, or have the ingredients on hand to make one of your favorite meals in your new kitchen. Just have something at the end of the road so that you can unwind after the stress of the move.

I suggest that you schedule meal and snack times. Tell yourself that when noon comes, you will stop and eat a sandwich. Prepare the lunch ahead of time so that you can just stop and eat. Same with snack times, dinner. Know what you're going to eat, when the time comes stop and eat even tho you don't feel like eating.

If you are going to be busy but need the energy to get through your moving time, I'd suggest a protein shake. In particular Monster Milk is very good. Its packed full of vitamins and protein. I do one scoop with 12 oz skim milk and total has 45g of protein, carries me for 4 hours with good energy. Good luck.

I know we are supposed to get our nutrition from food, however, I take a B-Complex with vitamin c that gives me energy. Any will do but I take a cheapy dollar store brand. They actually call it "Stress Formula for Energy Metabloism" So it's good for stress and energy. While it is good to get it from food, try a b complex for those Red BUll moments when you need an extra push.
