C. first I am sorry to hear about your daughter's dilema....first off if she has worked for that company for a minimum of 1 year then she can apply for FMLA...she will need the paperwork from Human Resurces and have her doctor fill it out and have her turmn it in asap...this will save her job...I am under FMLA due to migraines and the new law per my human resources department adivsed I will be required to have it recertified every 6 months...have her do this asap this will save her job....it is a law Families Medical Leave Act -
