Position of Baby at 36 Weeks

I will ask my doctor when I go visit but I am getting really anxious about delivery and wanted to hear what everyone had to say. I am 36 weeks pregnant. My little girl has her back or butt just about level with my belly button but off to the right side. Her little feet are pressed up against my hip bones on the left. Her head seems down because I can feel no baby above this big lump that I assume is her butt/back. When she pushes off my hip bone it really hurts! She seems to be in an L position at the moment with her butt/back slightly above her feet. Is this considered breech since her butt/back are higher than her feet? Will her feet come up when it's time to deliver? Thanks. Again, just getting anxious about delivery!

What can I do next?

no dont worry thats how all babies are ... breech is when the baby is either sideways ( basically laying across your belly) or if her head is up and her bottom is down.. other then that the baby is fine, if there is anything wrong the doctors would tell you at the time of your next sonogram.
no worries thought everything will be okay =]
best of luck

She sounds like shes where she should be. Her body has to wrap around like that to fit in there. Thats how my babies were too. Butt the highest and legs on the side. You should be getting a final ultrasound right? It should let you know for sure.

I'm around the same time as you and the last ultrasound I had (I've had to have a few more because of some thyroid issues) and the position he's been in since like 23 weeks has been the exact way your describing. His but is up by my belly button and his feet and legs kinda curl up under that. But he's been head down and they said he's positioned perfectly right now.
