Yes, very normal. I love how little it smells too, but hate that it smells like Greek yogurt. I eat Greek yogurt, lol
my daughter is 13 wks and she is drinking breast milk only. is it normal for her poop to be so runny and sometimes pushing like she is constipated. its so hard to remeber how each one of my kids did.
thanks

my experience tells me that is normal.
i remember wondering why no one ever told us (my sisters or I) that breastfed babies poop is always so soft. we ALL asked each other this same question at some point. whenever someone said "if you baby has diarrhea" we would wonder, 'how can you tell?'
yup, think Gulden's Spicy Mustard :) I don't remember any 'pushing,' though

More than You ever wanted to kow about baby poop!
As I understand, and after having had three breastfed babies, the baby's stomach (digestive system) processes all of the nutrients from the breast milk very well; hence a lot less waste products.
Babies who get formula are the ones with the awful-smelly poop. But that makes sense, because it isn't digested well, even though formula tries to imitate breast milk (and gets really close to being like breast milk).
It's a wonder (to me, anyway) that there aren't more mothers complaining about the large amount of poop from their formula-fed babies! ;)
Congrats on the new baby!!
I thought it smelled like cheerios. As one doctor put it "sometimes they get in their own way". DD once projectile pooped so hard she hit the wall.....
