Is it normal for my 2 mth old breast fed baby to poop a little after every feeding?

Yes. Actually everyone's digestive system is set up to eliminate waste shortly after eating. Most of us don't because our digestive systems are not working properly due to the foods we eat. Babies who are nursing are "eating properly", therefore they will eliminate their waste right after they nurse, some even while they are nursing. I used to wait to change my babies diapers until after I nursed them instead of before for just this reason.

Yes! At that age every diaper my second baby girl blessed me with had a present in it...I also worried about it (grin) She also had a dairy intolerance which was also a reason for her excessive pooping.

yep, perfectly normal. The way it was explained to me is that swallowing causes little contractions in the esophagus and those little contractions just keep going all the way down.

Just wait until your baby is 6 mo and those little poops are huge.
