I'm trying to find a really good poem or two for a project im working on. I don't have any books at home, so I'm hoping to find some online. And No I can't write it myself lol I suck at that

I need to find a poem about being pregnant or being a mother. Any ideas?

What can I do next?

I have found recently that it's fun (and easy) to write poems when you put them to a song. I JUST wrote this one for you. Some words need to be extended to an extra syllable - (whole, my, will). Feel free to change it up. It's not really uniform, but starts with pregnany and goes into infancy:

(Sung to the tune of "Take me out to the Ballgame")
I am pregnant with baby.
I am growing so big.
For 9 whole months I will wait and wait.
Then after that I will surely lactate,
because my little bundle,
will want to eat.
Count them 1, 2, 3 sleepless nights,
then repeat, repeat!

Sylvia Plath wrote an interesting poem about pregnancy called "Metaphors"... probably not quite what you are looking for though.

I'm a riddle in nine syllables,
An elephant, a ponderous house,
A melon strolling on two tendrils.
O red fruit, ivory, fine timbers!
This loaf's big with its yeasty rising.
Money's new-minted in this fat purse.
I'm a means, a stage, a cow in calf.
I've eaten a bag of green apples,
Boarded the train there's no getting off.
