Height
Weight
Age
If you know your measurements it would be a great help
What you have eaten today (give me an idea of what you like/dislike
What kind of activities you like
Do you go to a gym?
Do you have access to sidewalks
How old are your children?
With this info, I can probably manuver up a decent eating plan and some easy ways to excercise, the rest is up to what you want to do with it. Hope I can be of help to you.
