I am currently using the BodyBugg and have lost 10 pounds since the beginning of December. In the past I have had great success with the WebMD Diet Clinic. Basically, to be successful you just need to burn more than you eat. It sounds ridiculously simple, but it is. If I'm not burning very many calories on a specific day I know I have no business eating a burger for lunch. But if I've been really active, I know I can splurge on a couple bites of cake after dinner.
Good Luck!

sparkpeople.com is a great website and it is free.
sparkpeople.com is a great website. ( and it's free) They offer menu planning and support groups. You can track your weight loss on it as well as your calories, water intake and excercise. You can set it up so that youc an get daily emails about things like excercise tips and uplifting thoughts for the day. I really like it. Good luck!!
I have lost over 12 inches with Herbal Body Wraps.
Also cut our processed foods, white flour and sodas.
Makes a HUGE difference and you feel better.
Email me if want the link - the wraps are affordable and you are detoxing so not water loss.

I noticed your other request, and I would say they are somewhat related. After my babies were born, I always felt fat for at least 6 weeks, and sometimes more. The most difficult time is 2 weeks postpardum when you are tired and feel like you should be back to normal size, but you still need to wear maternity clothes. Just relax and let it happen. For many new moms, the weight comes off naturally. If you are breastfeeding baby, that really helps with weight loss. Try to eat healthfully and rest, and do what you can but remember that these things take time. Also remember that giving your 4 year old some responsibilities can help them adjust as well. (like getting diapers & wipes for you) Good luck with your new baby!
You could try Weight Watchers online, maybe subscribe to their magazine as well. Helped me lose 30 lbs years back. I have gained a lot of that back, but that's because I've backslid on the program. It really is a good program and teaches you life eating, not just a binge diet. Best wishes.
I was also going to suggest Sparkpeople.com I had good success after having my baby and going to start it again today! I track what I eat all day, so it makes me think twice before i have anything!! Good luck!
