I am seeking other children around my 3yr old daughters age to start a play group or one that I can join and do fun crafts and go to the park and such. I'd love to meet once a week or every other. My daughter dosent really have any friends and is the only kiddo in our family. I dont have any friends who have children so it is very hard for me. I live near Fossil Creek area off Western Center.
Well so far I have talked to several moms of children around the same age as my daughter. I found out that one will have her little boy in the same pre-school as my daughter in Sept. I actually met with two different moms and there children. It was a blast and they are two of the sweetest women I have met. Their children are adorable and I think will become good friends w/ my daughter too! Its funny b/c they ended up knowing each other already so now we can all play and actaully have a date set up to do so!
Fossil Creek -- where is that? I live in Keller... and am a member of the Grapevine Colleyville Southlake Mom's League -- www.gcsmomsleague.org from that group I've gotten involved in aplay group with moms that have kiddos my kid's age exclusively. We have fun parties and such for all the kids... I'd highly recommend trying it...it's a great networking thing as well for finding sitters and such. :) Good luck!
