My daughter is part of a large playgroup that gets together weekly and we have run out of ideas of what to do with them (they're all between 2-3). We have repeated several activities already, and are anxious for when it warms up when we can get outdoors again. Any good indoor activity suggestions for the Las Vegas/Henderson area? Here are the things we have done:
-movies
-Circus Circus
-Lion Habitat at MGM
-Dolphins/Secret Garden at Mirage
-Chuck-e Cheese
-Las Vegas Outlet Center (storytime and carousel)
-California Pizza Kitchen tour...what else has anyone done or know of for this age range? Thanks in advance for your ideas!!

Hi A.,

You can do a tour of Ethel M's chocolate factory; go to Border's for their storytime; check the local libraries for special children's programs, go to bounce-U, pump-it-up (there is still one open in LV) or child-time for indoor play when it's too cold or rainy to go outside. Although your group is on the young side, you might consider ice-skating out at Lake Las Vegas. I think Anderson dairy does tours, but I have not done that. There is also King Putt, an indoor miniature golf that is fun for kids that age. The springs preserve is also a great place. Our group has been taking the kids there since they've been 2, and they still love it. There is so much to see there. Just a few suggestions. Hope some of them help.

I would love to hear more about your group. I'm always looking for chances to socialize the kids (2yo identical girls).
Have you tried the Lied Museum?
Galleria Mall in Henderson has an indoor play area.
Libraries and Rec Centers may be another idea
Storytime at a bookstore?
When it warms up a bit or even in the afternoon, the Springs Preserve has an awesome outdoor play area!!!
Hope at least one of the above is helpful!

The other suggestions are great, so I just wanted to add the Natural History Museum and the botanical garden at the Bellagio. Have fun!
