My 3 1/2 yr old is the definition of spirited. He has high energy, very sensitive, and has a very hard time with transitioning or changes in routine. He has a hard time socializing b/c other kids (and their moms) find him rather exhausting.
If you have a spirited kid who has a hard time adjusting in an environment with more subdued children, would you be interested in starting up a playgroup in or near Naperville?
Hello. I have a 3yr old that stays perky and full of energy all day long. He can be hard for many people to handle, too. My best friend has a 3yr old, but he is much more quiet and relaxed and they often don't mesh well. I am not a SAHM, but do have days off during the week and weekends if you are interested.
I have a spirited child too who is alot of the things your child is too. We are having him tested for Autism on Oct. 4th. I would be very interested in this. Erik is 4.

He has alot of energy and just loves being aroung other kids. But he can be a bit rough....im sure he doesn't mean to be....but i try to tell other moms."he's only 3 and still learning what he can and can't do with other kids, that might me smaller then he or just different deminer.....

I don't know of a playgroup specifically for 'spirited' kiddos, but I can refer you to a couple really awesome playgroups with kids of all ages and 'styles'
